To report inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information on a physician profile, email support@profilemd.health. Please identify the physician and the information that should be reviewed. Do not include personal health information.
ProfileMD reviews correction requests for factual accuracy. A correction request does not provide medical care, contact the physician's clinic or change information maintained by a professional regulator.
